PREGNANCY WORK WARDROBE

It's hard enough to find outfits for work that look great, but now that you're expecting, you have to accommodate your growing belly too! Here is a list of work-wear ideas that will make your mornings less stressful:

Stay Basic
Avoid buying big patterns or bright colors, which are unflattering to your growing figure. Instead, concentrate on core essentials in darker colors for maximum versatility. Black, brown, and navy can be mixed and matched with nearly anything.

Believe in the Blazer
Believe it or not, you can wear your fitted jackets throughout your pregnancy, just gradually unbutton a few as you grow. When you can't unbutton anymore, buy a maternity blazer that's "un-constructed" (without closures) so it drapes over your belly, giving a fluid line.

Basic Black Dress
This is a must-have for every pregnant woman. Worn alone, with accessories, or even a blazer, a black dress is the perfect item to throw on when you need a chic look. Choose one made of a cotton/lycra blend for easy care.

The Right Shirts
Although you may itch to wear T-shirts under your blazer throughout your pregnancy, invest in a tunic blouse instead. Shirts with a collar will accentuate your collarbone and make your neck appear lean and long, especially when worn under a blazer.

Buy Better Shoes
When it comes to shoes, go for comfort. More and more shoe designers are coming up with very trendy flats to keep you safe and stylish. Trade in your high heels for shorter ones - they'll give you extra balance and support. If you insist on wearing heels, try a chunky, thick heel for maximum support.
