Pampered Perfection

No one deserves pampering more than you - growing a baby is a big job! Give yourself an at-home spa experience, complete with a relaxing bath, rejuvenating foot soak, and soothing eye treatment.

Choose a time when you won't be distracted or interrupted for at least a couple of hours - no kids, no laundry, no phone, no partner.

Grab your favorite magazines or current book and kick back in the recliner while dangling your feet into a relaxing foot soak. Add a few drops of essential oil for added moisture and aromatherapy.

Following your foot soak with a rejuvenating foot massage with a relaxing and invigorating peppermint-scented foot lotion to ease your tired, swollen feet.

Light some candles, brew a cup of soothing tea, turn on some quiet music, place a cucumber slice on each eyelid, followed by a wet, warm washcloth and relax on the couch while puffy eyes, fine lines and tension headaches are melted away.

Draw yourself a luxurious bubble bath (just make sure the water isn't too hot, which can be dangerous for your baby). Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, sit back and relax!
